Have I mentioned before how much I hate to run? I can say that I'm pretty sure my stamina has improved now that I don't smoke but running is still not my strong suit. Either way I partitioned the squats into fifths and the pushups and pullups into quarters and I think this really helped me complete the WOD within the 45 minute time limit.
Murph Run 1 mile 100 Pull-ups 200 Push-ups 300 Squats Run 1 mile
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.<- HA! 43:38
I'm a Cuban-American girl born and raised in Miami, Florida. As a kid I was very active, always dancing, cheerleading and playing soccer. I went to FIU's school of hospitality management which is where I developed my love for food and wine. For 3 years I worked in gyms and got to spend time with a lot of fitness oriented people. Everyday I try to combine my love for lush flavors with my desire to be fit and healthy. Its not easy but its a challenge and I always love a good challenge.
